Find out when and where we meet on Sundays, as well as checking out our calendar below.

We meet every Sunday morning at 10.30am at Fernwood School.

If you’re not used to going to church or you’re new to us, you'd be very welcome to join us.  There are friendly people welcoming you as you come in and showing you where you need to go.  You might like to grab a drink or take a seat.  After a while, the meeting itself will begin.  We try to make every Sunday a good week for guests to join us and everything will be clearly explained.

All ages are together as we begin.  Most weeks, children go out to their own groups after about 15-20 minutes.  We have a supervised creche for pre-schoolers called Pips and a fun group for primary school aged children called Saplings.  A few times each term we all stay together for an all age service.

Listening to the Bible being read and then explained is at the heart of our meeting.  The talk usually lasts about 30 minutes.  There are some bits of the service where people say words together.  The words come up on the screen and if there are bits you don’t agree with, it’s fine to not join in.  No-one will notice or mind.  Somebody will pray from the front.  Christians also love to sing about who God is and what he’s done for us.  Our songs are contemporary in feel and led by a music group.  It won't take long to pick up the tunes or just listen if you prefer.

When the meeting is over, there’s more coffee or tea and various yummy cakes!  You’ll find that people often stay around for quite a long time chatting.  We hope that you will feel comfortable to stay too and introduce yourself to someone near you.
